Creating cutscenes in Unity is done with the use of cinemachine and timeline. Cinemachine and timeline are packets that are available in Unity.

Cinemachine allows you to create virtual cameras that you can switch between to get the correct shots for your cutscenes.

Darren is the man dressed in black

For this scene the director wants the camera to come across Darren’s left shoulder.

The starting position of the camera will be at Darren’s left shoulder and will come across his body.

After the camera has followed Darren we switch to a closer look at the keycard that he is trying to steal.

The camera will pan down to see him grab the card and pan back up to see him acknowledge the guard is still asleep.

One thing you can keep in mind when creating these cutscenes is the rule of thirds. This is a basic photography principle that has you imagine your shot in nine equal parts. Anything that is a point of interest for the scene should be aligned with one of the lines of interest between these nine parts. This will make that object stand out more

red lines are what you should align points of interest with.
